Ethereum Ethereum is a decentralized, open-source, and distributed software platform based on blockchain technology.12 It has its own native cryptocurrency called Ether and a programming language called Solidity.2 Ethereum enables users to make transactions, earn interest on their holdings through staking, use and store nonfungible tokens (NFTs), trade cryptocurrencies, play games, use social media, and more.3 Unlike Bitcoin, Ethereum is intended to be much more than just a medium of exchange or a store of value.4 It is a network of computers all over the world that follow a set of rules called the Ethereum protocol. MIDAO A Marshall Islands DAO is a legal entity based in the Republic of Marshall Islands (RMI) as a Nonprofit DAO LLC. Legal Definition of "Nonprofit" The IRS defines nonprofits as “organized and operated exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific, testing for public safety, literary, educational or other specified purposes.” The IRS also provides favorable tax treatment for “social welfare organizations, civic leagues, social clubs, labor organizations and business leagues.” Link to original	MoonDAO Legal Entity as a Marshall Island DAO LLC

Senate A group of contributors that review incoming Proposals and perform due-diligence before it goes up for vote for the rest of the DAO. The Senate meets on a weekly basis (Town Hall) to review incoming proposals, please check the calendar on the MoonDAO Discord server for timing of the meeting. Senate meetings are a forum for the Senate to ask deeper questions about a proposal and conduct due-diligence about the submission. vMOONEY vMOONEY (vote escrow MOONEY) is a measure of the voting power of staked MOONEY. vMOONEY is granted in proportion to the amount and duration of the MOONEY staked. It is not a token that can be purchased on any marketplace. Link to original	Governance Tokens, MOONEY
